NO-NONSENSE RETURNS & STRESS FREE EXCHANGES

We'll happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly or that are faulty and swap them for new ones and/or with the right size available. Please read our sizing guide if you have any queries about fitting to figure out the size that fit best.

Before returning an item you must contact us explaining what you are returning and why. We will then give you a return authorization number (R.A.#), which is valid for 7 (seven) days from when we e-mail it to you. You must clearly write the R.A. # on the returns form that was sent with your order. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 (seven) days upon receipt of your delivery.

Please only send your return package via methods traceable by you, with the following included: A clean item in perfect condition with original tags attached, return form filled out (including R.A. #) within 7 days of us e-mailing you. We won't be responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you at no additional cost. Further, free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange. Any future swaps on the same original purchase will be solely your responsibility in full. All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.

Fuss-free refunds:

If the item doesn't fit and you would prefer a refund we will credit your bank account via PayPal where you can withdraw the funds. Please note that the return process is the same as stated above (please see number 4).

Quality is our warranty:

In the rare case of the product being faulty because of manufacturing problems, we will always replace it. And in the case we have no more stock of a faulty item we will award a store credit. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. If an item has been used please return it clean and in original condition. Please note that the return process is the same as stated above.

Sale items:

Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items. But if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault. Please make sure to contact us if you have any questions before you buy.
